The A-Z of Lamberts is a formula one tablet per day which provides almost all the necessary micronutrients, many of which 100% of the RDA It is a dietary supplement , which provides levels of micronutrients in order to maintain and is recommended for ages 13 years . Despite the fact that the A- G provides similar levels of micronutrients with corresponding multivitamin formulas on the market , has a significantly lower cost of ownership. Also , this product is similar in composition to other formulas AZ commercially available , but is far more economical. It can be combined with extra calcium and magnesium (OSTEOGUARD) in people with insufficient stocks of these items in their diet , why can not meet the required daily quantity. The same is the case with analogous formulas A- Z of other companies on the market . Tableting with : DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Colours: Titanium Oxide & Iron Oxides), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate. Disintegration time : Less than 1 hour . Suitable for vegetarians. Allergies : None. Precautions : This product contains iron, which if taken in excess , may be harmful to very young children .
